Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are non-returnable.

To start a return, please contact us at info@mobilezen.ca. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.


Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Contact us at info@mobilezen.ca with your order number and exchange request.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
